Incentives

District 71 and Division H are offering a number of incentives and prizes to clubs in the Division that demonstrate a commitment to excellence and help grow new clubs.

Open House event Get prizes for promoting your open house (details)
Increase club membership Increase your club membership and receive a monetary voucher to spend at the Toastmasters International store.  3 new members gets you monetary voucher to the value of €20, and at 5 new members the club receives €25 (details)
Membership renewals Receive a Toastmasters International voucher when at least 80% of your base members renew (details)
PR firsts First time you’ve created a website, had a newspaper article published, produced a club newsletter or done something else? Receive a club ribbon pack as a reward (details & tracker)
Promotional video Create a video to promote your club and receive Pathways pins (and some more publicity for your club!)  (details)
External PR events Grants of up to £100 are available to promote Toastmasters at public events (details)
Distinguished Club Website Is your website distinguished?  Take a look at the Distinguished Club Website page and if your club qualifies, you’ll receive an award
Write a PR article Get an article published through the District’s public relations agent to be in with a chance of winning a free ticket to the Norwich Conference (details)
Travelling Toastie Fancy a road trip?  Visit other clubs to share ideas and attend fun meetings to be in with a chance of winning fame, fortune and a hardcover Toastmasters notebook (details)
Outreach programs (Youth Leadership and Speechcraft) Program kits are available to people that wish to deliver these programs (details)
Pathways and Competent Communicator (CC) Growth First 20 clubs that achieve 4 CCs or four Pathways level 1’s and two level 2’s will receive a $20 Toastmasters voucher (details)
First clubs to achieve Distinguished or President’s Distinguished The first 20 clubs that achieve Distinguished status (that were not Distinguished last year) will receive a $20 Toastmasters voucher, plus the first 20 clubs that achieve President’s Distinguished status (that were not President’s Distinguished last year) will receive a $20 Toastmasters voucher (details)

 

Corporate clubs incentive Corporate clubs that have at least 5 officers trained and two or more contestants in the area contests will receive a $30 Toastmasters voucher (details)
New club funding Pre-charter clubs in the Division will receive up to £80 of funding for start-up costs, including room hire, equipment and promotional materials. Contact Division Director for more information.
